To provide the highest quality perioperative, pain, and critical care medicine to our patients in a compassionate manner, supporting and facilitating the mission of our health system clients. To provide a stable and supportive working environment for our employees, shareholders, and affiliated hospital personnel.
Our Financial Policy
There are minor surgeries, but no minor anesthetics. The degree of skill and care required for “minor” surgery is usually as great as for major operations.
Payment for anesthesia services is due in full 30 days from the date of service. If you would like us to file insurance information for you, you will need to contact our office as soon as possible. If your account becomes past due because of delay in payment from your insurance company, it will be necessary for you to make payment on your account on a regular basis.
We participate with all companies contracting through Springfield CoxHealth Network. Some of the larger groups that we DO NOT contract with include, but is not limited to: ANY MEDICAID outside the state of MISSOURI. If you are in doubt about which providers we participate with you need to contact your insurance company and ask them. If you receive a statement from our office and believe it to be in error, please do not ignore it, but contact us. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 417-269-4550.
